Summary:
The Client Services Specialist non-exempt, fulltime position is responsible for handling all inbound service requests for a national client base, performing client trainings as well as outbound client calls. Job Duties:
• Effectively teach Financial Services/Insurance curriculum, including planning and curriculum development
• Teach basic Windows, Word, email, internet, and call center practice using and modifying existing curriculum
• Co-facilitate operation of simulated business office training
• Assist in resume writing
• Match and support trainees in appropriate internships
• Provide placement assistance to help graduates gain employment within business offices

Requirements:
• Significant successful experience teaching or training adult learners required
• 3+ years of consecutive work experience in financial services and/or insurance required
