Primary Responsibilities:
Monitoring fund compliance
Communicate any compliance issues to the Senior Analyst and clients
Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly compliance reports
Working heavily with compliance laws/regulations including the Investment Company Act of 1940
Review current department procedures to help implement more efficient processes
Handle any ad-hoc projects within the compliance department
Qualifications:
At least 4+ years previous work experience in a compliance or related role
Bachelors degree in finance or accounting
Previous experience with Charles River Development software is strongly preferred
Strong analytical skills and ability to manage multiple tasks independently
