- Manages cash on a daily basis including collections, accounts receivable, cash posting, bank deposits, and AR review.
- Oversees the accuracy and timeliness of the Accounts Payable function.
- Ensures that all balance sheet accounts are analyzed and properly reconciled on a monthly basis.
- Assists the CFO and Controller in the financial and statistical analysis for specifically requested new reports.
- Reports on the ongoing financial performance of Amity relative to required and budgeted performance.
- Analyzes variances from budget monthly to ensure transactions have been recorded in the proper period and account.
- Under the direction of the Controller, develops the annual operating and capital budgets for the Amity team.
Successful candidates must have:
- Associate's degree in accounting with experience, bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience in Health Care billing and Home Health care preferred
- Strong administrative skills and attention to detail
- Experience with computerized documentation and Microsoft Office products
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal

* Develops clear pictures of current state processes and gaps to achieve goal state. Works with business partners to ensure understanding of goal state processes and ensures that business requirements align with organizational strategy and priorities.
