Midwest (12 states including: Illinois, Minnesota, Missouri and Wisconsin)
New England (8 states including: Connecticut, Massachusetts, New Jersey and New York)
South (6 states including: Arizona, Colorado and Texas)
• Southeast (9 states including: Florida, Georgia and North Carolina)
Applicants must live within the regions for which they apply.
Successful candidates will possess strong sales backgrounds and deep knowledge of investment products. We are offering an attractive base salary plus incentive bonus.
Major Responsibilities:
Partner with internal sales associate to develop and maintain relationships with independent financial advisors
Conduct branch meetings and client presentations
Participate in broker/dealer conferences
Requirements:
2 years external wholesaling experience within the financial services industry, or
2 years internal wholesaling experience in the non-traded real estate investment sector
Bachelor's Degree
Series 7 and 63 or 66 licenses or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire
Superior communication and time management skills
Ability and willingness to travel extensively within the region
