JOB RELATED TRAINING COURSES, LICENSING AND PROGRAMS
The ability to successfully complete all company, state and federal requirements (licenses) to market and service designated State Farm products and continue to be licensed in good standing is required.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide prompt, accurate, friendly, cost effective solutions to current policyholders and the general public regarding insurance availability, coverage's, policy changes, transfers, claim submission procedures and status, rates, billing clarification, payment plans, and make referrals for marketing opportunities as appropriate.
Ability to ask the tough questions and help clients come up with solutions.
Provide service to the public and policyholders in a pleasant and courteous manner.
As directed by the Agent, contact policyholders to set appointments
Meet sales goals and help office team to meet sales and marketing goals.
Be the team lead in Auto & Fire Insurance operations
Meet with prospective clients and close sales by starting new policies
Perform other related duties as assigned by the agent.
