The Administrative Assistant position will provide direct support to our Director of Operations. This is a full time benefits eligible position Mon-Fri 8:30am to 5:00pm. Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
• Support Director of Operations with various tasks and assigned project‐based work
• Handle incoming calls through to a resolution or transfer to appropriate person
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with our clients through strong follow up and ability to answer questions accurately and in a timely manner

Position Overview:
As an Independent Business Consultant you will be responsible for bringing assets under management onto the EQIS Turnkey Asset Management Platform. This is a consultative sales position working directly with Independent Financial Advisors, Bank Advisors, Registered Investment Advisors, Insurance Company Advisors, and Regional Broker- Dealer Advisors. The person in this role will be expected to position the EQIS technology platform and capabilities through product demonstrations and other consultative sales processes. The person in this role will be expected to achieve agreed upon sales objectives which will include:
Growing assets under management
• Expanding the use of technology tool usage and capabilities by financial advisors
• Developing Business Plans with independent advisors that establish mutual expectations
• Reviewing and adjusting plans as needed
• Building a sales territory and penetration of existing broker/dealer advisor relationships
• Travel throughout assigned territory

Organization:

Position Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• FINRA series 6 or 7 and 63 useful but not required
• Minimum 5 years experience
