• Midwest (12 states including: Illinois, Minnesota, Missouri and Wisconsin)
• New England (8 states including: Connecticut, Massachusetts, New Jersey and New York)
• South (6 states including: Arizona, Colorado and Texas)
Southeast (9 states including: Florida, Georgia and North Carolina)
Applicants must live within the regions for which they apply.
Successful candidates will possess strong sales backgrounds and deep knowledge of investment products. We are offering an attractive base salary plus incentive bonus.
Major Responsibilities:
• Partner with internal sales associate to develop and maintain relationships with independent financial advisors
• Conduct branch meetings and client presentations
• Participate in broker/dealer conferences
Requirements:
• 2 years external wholesaling experience within the financial services industry, or
• 2 years internal wholesaling experience in the non-traded real estate investment sector
• Bachelor's Degree
• Series 7 and 63 or 66 licenses or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire
• Superior communication and time management skills
• Ability and willingness to travel extensively within the region

SUMMARY
The Sales Executive is responsible for the promotion and sale of all CORD Financial products and services. This position is responsible for the entire sales cycle from lead identification through contract execution. Jobholder will strive to meet goals set by the CORD Financial General Manager and Director of Business Development.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
Become subject matter expert on CORD Financial products and services
Understand the ATM marketplace including competitive offerings and market trends
Interact with prospects to understand their current and future ATM strategy and business requirements
Demonstrate extensive knowledge of the ATM and/or financial industry
Populate and analyze standard (ROI) models based on customer needs
Track and reports sales activity in Salesforce
Ability to use current sales tools and offers suggestions on how to enhance these sales tools
Researches, identifies and/or qualifies targeted national/individual account prospects in a specific geography or vertical market segment
Makes contact with the appropriate management levels and decision makers within the potential client organization to propose and secure new National/Individual account agreements
Prepares and delivers sales presentations that address the prospective client's needs and leads to the establishment of new national/individual account agreements/contracts
Gathers, organizes, and analyzes information of targeted national/individual accounts and competitive information associated with these accounts for use in potential proposals/agreements
Establishes and cultivates relationships with potential national/individual accounts
Responds to prospective customer Requests for Information and Proposal (RFI/P) and negotiates pricing and other terms of new national/individual account agreements with prospective clients to ensure maximum revenue and profit from new agreements to include terms and conditions that will minimize the companies risk
Sells the organization's products and services to clients, including any new programs or services that are implemented or developed
Fosters the corporate culture in the department and throughout the company to ensure unity of purpose and fulfillment of company mission/values
Represent the company as a leader
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or Communications or the equivalent years of experience will be considered
In-depth understanding of the ATM and/or Financial industry
Ability to learn CORD Financials policies and procedures
Strong communication, interpersonal, and sales presentation skills
Ability to support multiple sales initiatives concurrently
Working knowledge of Microsoft products including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Powerpoint
Working knowledge of Salesforce
Ability to find, identify, and cultivate leads
Must be comfortable communicating to management and executive team members
Ability to articulate information to all levels of CORD Financial team members
A positive attitude, with a strong desire to succeed
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Vast experience in the ATM Industry
MBA or advanced degree is preferred

- 3-5 years of development experience in the investment industry (.NET, SQL Server, Windows 2k+)
