ESSENTIAL DUTIES

Provides Johnson Automotive customers with thorough explanation of finance products and services;
Uses the Menu Presentation and its related disclosures on every deal;
Has customer sign Menu Disclosure of products selected;
Responsible for full disclosure of all products, terms and rates;
Processes finance and lease deals accurately and fairly through financial sources to secure approval;
Conducts business in an ethical and professional manner;
Processes all federal, state and dealer paperwork related to vehicle transaction;
Understands and complies with federal, state and local regulations that affect the new and pre owned vehicle and finance departments;
Checks all paperwork for correct title, lien information, taxes, etc., and package's deal before sending to accounting;
Completes all necessary paperwork for vehicle sales and leases in a timely and efficient manner;
Works to convert cash deals to finance deals;
Establishes and maintains good working relationships with lenders;
Provides sales force and sales managers with current information about finance and lease programs;
Trains the sales staff regarding the benefits of financing, insurance and extended service programs;
Works with the Sales Managers to secure a reasonable profit from every sale;
When not meeting with a customer or preparing paperwork, finance manager will be available to sales desk for t.o.'s;
Accesses all credit applications;
Handles all rate quotes;
Secures collection of all finance and insurance fees, down payment;
Follows Cash Receipt Process;
Ensures that funding of finance and lease contracts takes place in less than 7 days from preparation of contracts;
Monitors individual charge backs for product and reserve;
Enters correct cost and rate in ADP to minimize charge backs;
Ensures that all finance turns are placed in the daily finance log and universal power tracking;
Maintains an individual log of finance deals prepared;
Attends all manager and general sales meetings. To include the 9 am save a deal as well as the shift meeting at 10:45am daily to discuss the days deliveries;
Maintains an adequate supply of all required contracts and paperwork needed for completion and finalization of car deals;
Ensures that we maintain maximum penetration of finance and lease contracts with Financial Institutions;
Maintains a professional appearance;
Maintains a clean and professional work environment;
Deal jackets are to remain under lock and key at all times;
Deals to be package according to deal packaging check list prior to being sent to accounting;
Inputs Finance TO notes in CRM daily;

* About 5+ years Hospital Experience in Patient Accounting and the recent years in a management role.
* Stable work history.
* Must have "Integrated Billing Experience" with inpatient/outpatient, home health, and physician billing.
* Must have LARGE Hospital experience (nothing under 500 beds).
