Responsibilities

•Develop policies and procedures in assigned areas of responsibility.
•Perform personnel functions (e.g. interviewing, evaluating, supervising, etc.) for the purpose of maintaining adequate staffing, enhancing productivity of personnel and achieving objectives of the District. Directly supervise budget coordinators in performing the above duties.
The individual must have a high level of expertise in budget planning and state policies and regulations. A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or comparable field from an accredited institution is required, as well as a minimum of five (5) years financial management and planning experience. Other requirements include: critical thinking abilities; strong analytical and problem solving skills; excellent oral and written communication skills; and supervisory experience.
A Masters degree is preferred. Experience in higher education administration, budgeting, project management, and fiscal planning is highly desirable.

We're looking for an experienced, proven marketer and a subject matter expert in financial services who can help lead our marketing strategy and execution in financial services, which is a key strategic target segment for the company. This is a high-visibility position that interacts with Varolii's executives, field sales, marketing and product teams as well as a subject matter expert for industry analysts and press. We're looking for a candidate who is high-energy and engaging, and uses a combination of smarts, hard work and marketing savvy to shape our financial services strategy and drive results.
Responsibilities
•Drive strategy and execution for financial services lead generation initiatives including events, webinars, email and nurture marketing campaigns, and other tactics to increase penetration into key target accounts.
•Drive messaging and positioning by understanding target buyers, their purchase drivers and pain points.
•Work closely with marketing communications and product marketing to create positioning, key messaging, value statements and identifying key drivers for new products, features and functionality for buyers in financial services.
•Provide cross-functional marketing leadership to other groups within Varolii.
•Execute annual and quarterly lead generation marketing plans for financial services target segments. Develop compelling offers for the target markets to drive lead generation.
•Lead efforts to analyze, segment, prioritize and target key markets by providing expertise through market analysis, messaging and positioning, and identify key differentiators and purchase drivers.
Conduct market and competitive research.
•Initiate, assist in developing and support new sales tools and presentations for the sales team.
•Provide tactical sales support, as needed.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
•Experience in B2B demand generation targeting financial services organizations.
•Ability to bring innovative ideas and execution into the lead generation process.
•Experience with a wide range of lead generation vehicles, including e-marketing, direct mail, webinars and the web.
•Excellent communications and presentation skills, including strong writing ability.
Ability to apply the principles of market segmentation, brand management, marketing communications and database marketing.
•Ability to work with senior management and cross-functional teams to develop, manage and communicate marketing programs.
•Practical experience and understanding of sales and marketing automation tools and campaign metrics.
•Sharp attention to detail.
•"Get things done" mentality; ability to take initiative and enjoy working in a fluid, fast-paced environment.
Effectively able engage in numerous initiatives simultaneously; must work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Education/Experience
•BA/BS degree with a 7+ years marketing experience; MBA a plus.
•Background or work experience in the Financial Services industry, particularly in money center banks and mortgage.
•Experience in B2B marketing in a complex, solution selling environment.
•Background in technology. Software or contact center industry a plus.
•Experience working closely with sales team or background in sales a plus.

Tamarac is looking for an Account Manager to manage client accounts for the full life cycle of their contracts, as well as be the main point of contact between the client and internal departments.
Responsibilities:
• Establish and maintain a positive and professional relationship with clients.
• Initiate welcome calls and act as liaison between clients and internal Tamarac departments during client implementations and beyond.
• Perform quarterly analysis of product usage, identify issues and create action plans by enrolling them in Tamarac University or other Tamarac events, extending contracts, or discovering interest in new products.
• Communicate proactively with accounts regarding product and program information, supportability issues, and strategic product plans where appropriate.
• Sell Tamarac's full suite of products to existing customers currently using one or more products.
• Assist in managing communication with key clients regarding new product releases and enhancements
• Resolve one-off customer requests and situations.
• Document client inquiries and reported problems and provide feedback to Tamarac's R&D and Professional Services & Consulting departments.
• Become knowledgeable and proficient using all Tamarac products.
• Maintain client records in Dynamics CRM
• Manage consulting call scheduling as well as data gathering and publishing
• Identify client interest in other Tamarac products and be able to clearly communicate the potential opportunity to the appropriate sales person
• Coordinate appropriate internal resources needed to deliver on up sale opportunities

Qualifications:
• 1-3 years' experience in a financial services atmosphere, specifically the registered advisory, brokerage or financial services industry
• Ability to deliver quality service and problem solving skills remotely to clients and communicate complicated concepts in a concise and articulate way
• Experience in account management or service and support
• Ability to pick up new technology quickly
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Detail oriented and excellent multi-tasking skills
• Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills
• Must work well in a team environment and present a professional demeanor
• Must be flexible, reliable, trustworthy, and absolutely confidential with all matters
• Intermediate computer skills (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
• Ability to travel at least 10% of the time.
