Finally, when a client is qualified for a loan and purchases their home NHBA pays all of their administrative closing costs. The cost of the program is determined by a client's income and is normally one-half or less of what it would cost them to purchase a home through a bank or mortgage company.
JOB DESCRIPTION
This position requires that you meet with prospective clients, explain the NHBA program and assist them with completing standardized forms. The starting salary is $24,000 plus a 5% commission on gross revenues. Additionally, NHBA offers paid vacation and a health insurance plan. Previous sales representatives have earned no less then $45,000 annually and some have earned close to six digits.
The sales office is located at the intersection of I-170 and Delmar and is easily accessible with public transportation.
