Position Overview:
As an Independent Business Consultant you will be responsible for bringing assets under management onto the EQIS Turnkey Asset Management Platform. This is a consultative sales position working directly with Independent Financial Advisors, Bank Advisors, Registered Investment Advisors, Insurance Company Advisors, and Regional Broker- Dealer Advisors. The person in this role will be expected to position the EQIS technology platform and capabilities through product demonstrations and other consultative sales processes. The person in this role will be expected to achieve agreed upon sales objectives which will include:
• Growing assets under management
• Expanding the use of technology tool usage and capabilities by financial advisors
• Developing Business Plans with independent advisors that establish mutual expectations
• Reviewing and adjusting plans as needed
• Building a sales territory and penetration of existing broker/dealer advisor relationships
• Travel throughout assigned territory

Organization:
This position will report to the Regional Sales Manager and interface with the top executives of the firm.

Position Requirements
This person must have a strong sales background marketing to the Financial Services Industry, selling Financial Services products, familiar with turnkey asset management programs, and technology. Prior experience as a wholesaler or Financial Advisor is a plus. Strong communication and presentation skills are necessary for the role.
• Bachelor's Degree
• FINRA series 6 or 7 and 63 useful but not required
• Minimum 5 years experience
