The multiple customer advocate openings involve providing world-class customer service to a luxury customer. As the Customer Advocate, you will be assisting customers with inquiries or negotiating payment arrangements with customers in a professional, customer service oriented manner. The applicant must also be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to multi-task.
The Customer Advocate positions are full-time (40 Hours per week). Candidates for the Customer Advocate opportunities need to be able to work during the department hours of Monday-Friday 9 AM-9 PM. The position offers a salary and benefits package which includes full medical, dental, and vision benefits. This package also includes paid time-off and paid holidays.
It would be preferred if applicants have their Bachelor's Degree as well as some form of customer service experience. This can include retail, sales, finance, customer service, customer relations, collections, banking, restaurant/catering, or car dealership experience.

Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree Preferred, High School Degree Required
1-2 years Customer Service Experience
Ability to work well with a Team
