Financial Services Internship
Job Description:

We are seeking a dependable Financial Services Intern to work in our Training/Forum Department in Plano, TX. The ideal candidate will have excellent time-management skills, good customer service skills, and have the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Conduct research, prepare reports, and perform analysis to identify trend data
Run reports and update client data through our client relationship management system as necessary
Compile and post recurring data on company forums
Assist with developing dynamic and impactful presentations
Proof reading, editing, and inputting training material into various mediums (webinars, Power Point, etc)
General administrative duties (filing, sorting mail, scanning, fax, etc)
Experience and Skills:
Strong organizational skills and detail oriented
Proficiency in Microsoft Office including:Â Word, Excel and Power Point
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Ability to handle confidentiality and effectively able to multitask and prioritize
Pleasant and professional phone manner and positive attitude
Work independently as well as in a team environment with minimal supervision
Maintain a professional manner in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications and Requirements:
Must be eligible to work in the USA (No H1 Visa Sponsorship)
Must be at least a college junior with a GPA of 3.0 or above
