The company works extensively in the banking, capital markets and Insurance sector providing high level recruiting services to some of the biggest players in the market. Your role will involve identifying and working with potential candidates to help them find their next big opportunity. The role will evolve into an account management role as your skills and market knowledge improve.
Members of the team are responsible for:
-Sourcing suitable candidates for specialist roles.
-Screening & Interviewing.
-Pro-actively searching candidates through headhunting, networking and social networking, utilizing Linked In, Facebook, Twitter etc.
First year On Target Earnings $75k, 2nd year On Target Earnings $120k+++ Earnings are not capped and you can look forward to really reaping the rewards of your efforts. Top performers will easily exceed the OTE figures.
Ideal candidates will have a real desire to be in this very dynamic business and a desire to earn lots of cash!!!
It is essential that you are money motivated, ambitious and career driven. Personality and confidence, a hard work ethic and being pro-active is key in this role. We are looking for ambitious individuals who want to build a successful desk and are motivated by the opportunity to earn uncapped commissions.
