CSB Systems is a Healthcare Receivables Management company. We are hiring Full time- Patient Financial Service Representatives. Experience in healthcare receivables and a familiarity with Commercial and Government payers is very important as well as an understanding of basic insurance terminology. The position requires PFS representatives to handle both inbound and outbound calls in a fast passed setting. PFS representatives will take payments over the phone, set up payment plans, as well as take patient insurance information. Good customer service skills are required.
Skill Requirements:
-Patient friendly
-Familar with HIPAA /Hi-Tech Act
-Experience with the Major Insurance Payers
-Good computer skills
-Know how to read an Explanation of Bennefits.
-Must be able to multi-task within different systems
-Possess excellent communication and problem solving skills
-Willingness to adapt to new procedures and technology

Summer work hours: 7am- 4pm, Winter work hours: 8am-5pm
